Eagle River Youth Coalition and Vail Health are excited to offer you a 40% discount to a program that may help foster healthy digital use with your child that will promote positive mental health. The best way to conquer risk-taking behaviors, including unsafe on-line habits, is to communicate about the topic at least three to four years PRIOR to the unhealthy behavior occurring. This program, the Digital Citizen Academy (DCA) , was founded by Dr. Lisa Strohman, who spoke at our October 2018 Eat Chat Parent. DCA will provide you with tips, activities, and advice on how you can continue the on-going conversation about wellbeing and healthy technology use with your child. Now is the time to be proactive, open and ready to create change and provide support and care. Are you ready?
